GREEK SALAD

2 English cucumbers, peeled and chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
3-5 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
500 g feta cheese, cubed (must be fresh)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
Combine all ingredients, add more oil and vinegar if not enough liquid.
