1 can chick peas
1/3 cup tahini paste (stirred well)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil (or to taste)
pinch cumin (optional)
Blend all ingredients except chick peas in food processor. Add chick peas and process until desired texture is reached. Adjust lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste.
