O’Henry Bars

Mix well:
4 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
3 t. vanilla
1 cup brown sugar (or 1 1/4 cup white)
1/2 cup corn syrup
Put in 9×13″ pan. Bake 15 minuets at 350 degrees F. Don’t overbake!
Frosting:
6 oz pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
Melt chips and peanut butter in double boiler (or microwave?) Spread on cool crust and cut.
Keep in refrigerator.
