TACO MEAT

500 g ground beef
3 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp coffee
1 tsp cocoa
salt
pepper
1-2 Tbs tomato paste

Brown meat in oil, if necessary. Add spices and cook until fragrant. Add tomato paste and enough water to moisten. Serve with chopped lettuce and tomatoes, grated cheese, sour cream (or yogurt) and hot sauce.
