Ingredients

5-6 plantaine bananas
Lots of oil

Preperation

1.Cut the bananas lengthwise, then into little pieces.
2.Pour about 5 inches of oil into a saucepan and heat until boiling.
3.Place 1/2 the sliced bananas in the oil.
4.Fry until reddish-brown. Remove.
5.Fry the other 1/2. Remove.

Serve immediately, usually with grilled fish.
