ICA DOUGHNUTS

Dissolve:
1 tbsp yeast in
2 cups warm water
Mix:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 tsp salt
Add:
3 eggs
about 6 cups flour
Knead until smooth. Let rise until double. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out in doughnut shape. Let rise again. Fry in 375 degree F oil, turning once.
Frost with:
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
water or milk to give thin consistency
