Baked Oatmeal

8-10 servings (9X13 “ cake pan)
Cream together:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 beaten eggs
Stir in:
2 T baking powder
6 cups oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2-3 servings (8” square pan)
Cream together:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
Stir in:
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar
Bake 20 minutes at 350˚
Eat warm with milk
